Our program includes singing, props, dance, puppets and musical instruments. Hey dee ho music has been entertaining and educating pre-school children since 1987.

All hey Dee ho educational programs are designed to stir childhood development. Do you love working with children? Alana loves that Hey Dee Ho gives her the opportunity to unite her love of working with children and her passion for performing and teaching. Presenter Belinda has been performing since the age of 3 and has many years of dance music training. The hey Dee ho music program allows Candice to bring her love of music, drama and dance to so many little ones. Carol began her career with hey Dee ho as a funked music teacher, running singing and performance classes for primary school children as well as private singing lessons, later combining her teaching with presenting the hey Dee ho music program and the funked yoga sessions with preschoolers. Chelsea loves being capable to do what she loves with hey Dee ho every week. Jean has been a routine presenter and accompanist at hey Dee ho music since 1996 and also teaches piano for funked music. She has been occupied in the performing arts for over 15 years and has been teaching and directing children and young people for 10 years. Jenny has run hey Dee ho music for over 20 years and founded funked music singing and performance classes for school age children in 1998. As a mum to two trivial children, hey Dee ho gives her the opportunity to be there for her children and flexibility to grow with a incredible group of talented presenters. Louise is very excited to be working as a hey Dee ho music presenter, a role which combines two of her passions music and education. Behind teaching group singing at various dance schools around Melbourne, Margaret is now successfully running her own school, 'Margaret'S SCHOOL OF SINGING PERFORMING ARTS' where she teaches singing, dancing and drama. She has a powerful passion for teaching, especially young children and she loves that Hey Dee Ho allows her to do this. As a mum, her interest in childhood development and the opportunity to work with children led her initially to the hey Dee ho music program. She studied piano from the age of five and has performed in various musical groups and choirs throughout her life. Hey Dee ho music has been running a weekly program for our 3 year impaired prekinders and our 4 year used kinder children all this year. All activities in the musical program involve. Engage in enjoyable interactions with children as they make and play with sounds, concepts and movement. Take bookings for the sessions hey Dee ho can do this or you can choose to look after this yourself. Do you have a passion for working with children? We are passionate about education and children’s development. Although the funked Music program is not designed to teach dancing per se, we feel that movement is an urgent portion of performance, therefore we choreograph simple movements to the songs in which we feel dancing is appropriate. The classes are designed in such a way that the individuals who participate in them have laughter while they learn!.
