Welcome to our Melbourne Dietitians who love food! Zoe’s passion for helping people learn to appreciate all food and manage their health without dieting has resulted in figure ate becoming a busy stuffed time private practice with 2 other dietitians Kerri and Nina (see below). Zoe feels that a love of food is key to her win as a dietitian and one of Zoe’s primary goals is to help people cease dieting and instead, establish a positive relationship with food and their bodies. Zoe takes vast amusement in seeing people change the way they think about food and health which enables them to appreciate all food and feel more snug in their body. She is a lover of wine, bread, cheese and golden retrievers and in her spare time, can usually be found enjoying at least one of these. Zoe has over 12 years experience in private practice. Kerri believes in a non dieting approach and a well relationship with food rather than restrictive and depriving diets (the latter which generally don’t work). For those of you who do not have a chronic illness and who impartial want to improve your overall health and healthy being, can also benefit from Kerri’s enthusiastic approach. She will help you to make sense of all the confusing nutritional advice that is often found in the media. Kerri has over 6 years experience in private practice. To assist you stop dieting, help you rediscover the recreation in eating and to nurture a well relationship with food and your body.
